The Charles Street Promenade is a pedestrian takeover of the Historic Charles Street thoroughfare, produced by the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore. Enjoy the day shopping, strolling, and dining, as Charles Street closes down to vehicular traffic from Saratoga Street to North Avenue. Bring your bike, your baby, your dog, whatever you like! Join us at The Promenade for a big Station North Block Party!

Join the Mobtown Ballroom, Baltimore's premier venue for lindy hop, for swing dancing to live jazz and blues music by Baltimore/New Orleans supergroup Sally Baby. Check out the dance floor at the 1700 block of North Charles in the Station North Arts District. Dancers of all levels (including newbies) welcome!

Baltimore Design School Coffee House & Fashion Pop-Up

Baltimore Design School presents Coffee House: a pop-up with 20 amazing student vendors selling hand-made jewelry, prints and more plus featured student performances. The Baltimore Design School is a Baltimore City public transformation school that prepares 6th through 12th grade students for admission to college and careers in the design fields of architecture, fashion, and graphic design, located in the Greenmount West neighborhood of the Station North Arts District.

Baltimore Architecture Foundation presents a walking tour of Station North led by Charlie Duff. Charles Duff is a planner, teacher, developer, and historian. Since 1987, Mr. Duff has been President of Jubilee Baltimore, a non-profit group that has built or rebuilt more than 300 buildings in historic Baltimore neighborhoods and is leading the development of the Station North Arts District.

Join a walking tour of the Charles North neighborhood’s historical Koreatown landmarks and favorite food spots. Learn the stories behind dishes such as Korean BBQ, Bibimbap, and rice cakes. Watch a Korean cooking demonstration and taste a sampling of Korean food. Presented with the Baltimore Changwon Sister City Committee and Korean American Foundation – Greater Washington.
