Artist Info Session with Station North Arts District

We will have two opportunities to join a SNAD Artist Info Session:

1. Thursday July 22, 6 - 7pm in person at Motor House Showroom Bar:

For the in-person session, head to Motor House's Showroom Bar on Thursday, July 22nd for one free drink and a free 10-minute headshot session with Jazzy Studios in their gorgeous photography studio on the second floor of the Motor House. The first ten artists who register and attend at Motor House on July 22nd can get ready for their close up portrait shot right after the info session from 7:30 - 8:30pm! All artists will receive emailed copies of their photo.

*If we get more demand for headshot photos during registration, we will book a second session with Jazzy Studios, and send out more scheduling information.

Come expecting to learn about:

-Open grant opportunities and Calls for Art

-Arts job opportunities

-Upcoming arts events in the district and how you can participate

-Mutual aid networks + neighborhood resources

-District-based tax incentives and legal support

We’ll end with discussion and a conversation on affordable studio spaces in the district.

At the info session, we'll be asking folks what other info we should include to support artists (ie. affordable accountants, grant-writing resources, etc) and how we can make these info sessions more useful to district based artists.
