Station North Arts District and The William G. Baker Jr Memorial Fund are thrilled to announce a new an honorarium being distributed throughout the second half of our 2026 event calendar!

Station North Arts District and Baker Arts encourage artists of all stripes to apply for our new honors series:

Ynot Lot: Art at Large Honorarium

We are looking to honor the talented performers, artists and event organizers who bring creativity, community and innovation to the Ynot Lot  in Baltimore’s Station North Arts District with a $250 stipend and 100 subsidized space rental.

These will be presented on a rolling basis throughout our 2026 season. Please apply!   😀


Honorees Will Receive:


• $250 honorarium stipend for their event at Ynot Lot
• Fully subsidized rental rates for your event (space an access to our gear library) 
• Promotional support from Station North Arts District, Ynot Lot and The Baker Arts Council


What Are We Looking For?


• Inventive and Inclusive Arts Programming that brings our community together
• A Celebration that showcases the spirit of creativity in Baltimore
• Arts focused events that could use the funds to support their event (art supplies, marketing, AV rentals, etc)
• Programming that represent the broad spectrum of practicing artists in Station North and Baltimore at large.- Programming that engages with the intersections of art discipline and community building
• Events that are FREE or offer a " Pay What You Can", Sliding Scale Pricing, or other method in which those unable to pay may still attend.


To Qualify for the Honorarium, your event must:


• Be held at the Ynot Lot (101 W. North Avenue, Baltimore, MD, 21201)
• Take place on or after July 24th, 20263.
• Have Art as the focus (fine art, dance, performance, theater, music, film, workshops, and more!)

Honorariums will be awarded on a rolling basis throughout the second half of Ynot Lot’s 2026 operating season

Where can I apply?
Learn More & Apply on our website. You will apply for the honorarium via the Google Form.

What can the money be spent on?
These stipends are for artists and event makers who help make Baltimore a more vibrant and creative community for all. The honorarium is given to you as thanks for your programming and does not have a requirement on how it is spent. You can even decline the stipend and donate it to a charity of your choosing.

What if I already submitted an event?
You can still apply for the honorarium!
