The Ynot Lot Has Moved! 101 W. North Ave
Relocated to the southwest corner of North and Maryland avenues, the Ynot Lot will once again give voice to artists of all stripes. Individuals and groups of any experience level are invited to use the Lot beginning for community events and public performances beginning XXX 2026. Click here for more information.
What is the Ynot Lot?
The Ynot Lot is an outdoor event venue in the heart of the Station North Arts & Entertainment District.
From xxxx until Fall 2022, Ynot Lot was located at the NW corner of Charles Street and North Avenue. In a typical year, the Lot hosted over 100 events, ranging from small concerts and fashion shows to food giveaways and family gatherings. It was a popular spot for numerous community events to take place, including the Maryland Film Festival, the Red Bull Amaphiko Festival, Ratscape, the Sticky Bun Festival, and many more.
Newly relocated, the Ynot Lot hosts the Inviting Light public art installation Soft Gym by Wickerham & Lomax. It will soon once again host community gatherings and public events, encouraging encounters with art, performance, and design by a range of local and national artists and cultural organizers.
Individuals and groups of any experience level are invited to use the Lot.
The Ynot Lot gives voice to artists of all stripes and makes new and exciting work accessible to the broader community.
We encourage projects that center around social justice, intergenerational and cross-cultural collaboration, daring arts and cultural work, and youth-run or youth-oriented events. Our aim is to accommodate as many rigorous events as is possible during the Ynot Lot’s active season.

Ynot Lot
In Fall 2022, we said goodbye to the beloved Ynot Lot at its location at the intersection of Charles Street and North Avenue. In a typical year, the Lot hosted over 100 events, ranging from small concerts and fashion shows to food giveaways and family gatherings. Since the lease ended on that space ended, Central Baltimore Partnership has been working hard to identify a long-term home for the Ynot Lot along the Charles Street corridor in Station North.
As of January 2024, Central Baltimore Partnership is working with MCB Real Estate to relocate the Ynot Lot to 101 W. North Ave., the southwest corner of North and Maryland avenues. Read more at Baltimore Fishbowl.
