Ynot Lot Manager

The Ynot Lot Manager will lead ongoing operation of the Ynot Lot, our beloved outdoor arts and community venue, at its new location at 101 W. North Avenue. This role centers a spatial, social, and relational approach to public programming. The Ynot Lot Manager will collaborate with diverse partners while advancing the mission and goals of the Station North Arts District, a program of the Central Baltimore Partnership. In addition to program support, the Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations, including booking, facilities oversight, inventory, and site management.

Position Details

  • Status: Part-time. Seasonal through Fall 2026.

  • Hours: 15–20 hours/week; some evenings and weekends required.

  • Compensation: $25/hour.

  • Location: Hybrid. This role requires regular on-site presence and the ability to respond to site needs on short notice; proximity to the Ynot Lot is a strong asset.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform site-related tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Supervision: Managed by the Central Baltimore Partnership; reports to Director of the Station North Arts District.
